My name is Cindy Helm and I welcome you to the strong like helm website.  My journey with health and fitness began in January of 2006.  I met Denny Bonewitz with EDGE Sports Performance and by participating in his Adult Fitness classes I forever changed my life.  Denny inspired me to get my Personal Trainer certification in March of 2007 through ACE.  I then began working for Denny at ESP in Keller Texas.  In May of 2007 EDGE Sports Performance Double Oak/Flower Mound opened Its doors for business. 

My mission is to train individuals with the desire to achieve better health through diet and fitness.  Whatever your goals may be...losing weight, toning up, running a 5K or even a marathon or to just play in the yard with your kids without gasping for air...I would love to help you.
